DEJA VUE -the yacht
The Bavaria 46 Cruiser’s well-designed layout lends itself to convivial evenings in the saloon or in the spacious cockpit if the weather permits. Below decks life is centred around the large dining table, where a chart of the ‘West Coast’ allows adventures to be planned and stories swapped.
For children, or for others, who require alternative entertainment there is an unobtrusive TV screen where DVD’s or satellite TV can be viewed, and a full music system.

Deja Vue has a well-equipped & spacious galley with 2 fridges, a filtered and purified cold water supply, gas cooker and ample storage space adjacent to the saloon for both liquid and solid stores.

Accommodation wise, she has four generously sized sleeping cabins - 2 large double cabins aft, an even larger double cabin forward and a decently-sized twin bunk cabin to port. Four of these berths convert to sea-going bunks should the need arise, and for occasional use the starboard saloon seat coverts to a sea-going single berth. Webasto ducted warm air heating means she is cosy any time of the year at the flick of a switch. All this is complimented by two generously sized heads/shower compartments and a good sized chart table.

Deja Vue carries all required navigational aids, plus more. There are, twin chart plotters and DSC VHF radio controls, at both helm and chart table, wind or heading activated autopilot, radar and AIS - both with target tracking.

Above decks, she has full teak decking, electric anchor windlass with deck controls and bow thruster. She has a fractional masthead rig (all standing rigging replaced 2019/21), furling headsail (new 2018) and furling mainsail (new 2020), all sail controls are led aft to her large secure cockpit. She also boasts powered genoa winches, although in certain cases these are best disabled. Her cockpit is well protected with a generously sized sprayhood (new 2019) and includes cockpit jackstays to enhance safety aboard. Her 55HP engine drives her hull easily through the water via the feathering propeller, which helps enhance her sailing performance.
